Error Exporting File. Error: Logon failed

Issue Description

When you try to print a Crystal Report using Forms Printer, you receive the error message "Error Exporting File. Error: Logon failed".

Solution

Forms Printer is unable to login to the SQL Server, in order to execute the SQL query for the report.

Enter valid SQL Server Login credentials in the Crystal Reports Setup window in Forms Printer Setup.
